I have had the pleasure of working with Claire as my coach when, facing a crossroads in my life, Claire has helped me to find clarity and direction. She shows a genuine interest in you and your goals. She has a positive demeanour and is compassionate. Claire has guided me without telling me how to proceed. Although there have been times that I wish she would just tell me what I should do, trusting the process and doing this work within yourself is incredibly transformative.
